I AM LAMP @ Vienna Design Week

In a photo series by Bernhard Schramm in various locations in Vienna, Doris Darling is transformed into a kind of lamp-woman hybrid and fights against the force of gravity. Posing as a life-size porcelain figure and steadying different lamp objects made of blown glass in pastel spring colours looks easier than it is. The Vintagerie in the 6th Viennese District, the showroom for design classics, is the venue for this combination of product design, photography and performance. See more pictures…
